I usually eat breakfast around 7:30 and I’ll have a Nutra Grain bar, water, and a piece of fruit (usually an apple)..This obviously does not tie me over until lunch time (2:00)..
I don’t care for cereal but I am looking for a healthy and filling breakfast.
Any ideas?
